Tonard and Raffaele in Ghent (Belgium).He underwent advanced courses in nose surgery and cosmetic facial surgery (facelift) in Dallas (Texas, USA).Professor Dr. Seltzer is a member of the Belgian Royal Society of Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery, a member of the International Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) since 2012, is a consultant plastic surgeon at DELTA Hospital (CHIREC) in Brussels and also a member of the permanent staff of the UZ Brussel University Hospital in Jet.Prof. Dr. Seltzer is the founder and director of the European Center for Lymphatic Surgery and the Lymphology Clinic at UZ Brussels.Prof. Dr. Seltzer thesis / Ph.D. in Plastic Surgery (Research 2012-2018) since September 2018 (VUB School of Doctoral Studies), and is a member of the Independent Academic Faculty (Professor) at VUB in Brussels since 2019.Prof. Dr. Seltzer is the co-author and co-author of many scientific publications in the fields of cosmetic surgery and reconstruction, and a guest speaker at several national and international conferences.
